Each massage is customized to meet the client’s individual needs. Pressure can range from relaxing Swedish to restorative Deep Tissue.
“My approach to each customized massage session combines my professional knowledge and intuition with the requests and expressed concerns of the client. The pressure can vary from light to deep and I primarily use a combination of massage techniques, such as long strokes, trigger point therapy, cross-fiber friction, and pin-and-stretch movements, as needed, to lengthen and separate the muscles, increase circulation and range of motion, and to break up adhesions or trigger points (a.k.a., “knots”).”
