I visited Dr. Alex Murdoch yesterday and he suggested this book and gave me these great handouts that I wanted to share.

Dr. Murdoch was born and raised in Santa Barbara. He joined Boy Scouts, became an Eagle Scout, and was voted most valuable player on San Marcos High School Men’s Volleyball Team.
He was an award recipient of the Santa Barbara Scholarship Foundation and went on to Brigham Young University, where he was on the Dean’s List of the Marriott School of Management.
Dr. Murdoch volunteers for Adopt-A-Grandparent and at Hillside House. He was vice president of the Integrative Medicine Club at Midwestern University and graduated from there at Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine.
He did his family medicine residency at Community Memorial Health Systems in Ventura. Dr. Murdoch is trained in clinical family medicine, pediatrics, internal medicine, obstetrics, urgent care, emergency medicine, and osteopathy.
